Mendota Heights, Minn.-based Atticus Administration recently unveiled a strategic partnership and leadership transition with the appointment of Thomas Logan and Pat McFadden as co-Chief Executive Officers. The move positions the company to expand its capabilities in technology, operational efficiency, and client experience while preserving the foundational values that have defined it since 2016.

Under the new structure, co-founders Chris Longley, now Chief Revenue Officer, and Jim Hardy, Chief Financial Officer, remain actively involved full-time and retain their status as the company’s largest shareholders.

The transition, which began in mid-May 2025, emphasizes continuity alongside targeted investments in tools designed to simplify workflows for law firms, courts, claimants, and other stakeholders.

Complementary Leadership for a Complex Industry

Logan and McFadden bring complementary skill sets and a shared commitment to thoughtful growth. Logan, a Stanford University-trained chemical engineer with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, previously led supply chain and planning at E. & J. Gallo Winery, where he managed large-scale operations characterized by high volume, tight timelines, and stringent quality standards. McFadden, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from Stanford, where he was a running back on the football team, and an MBA from Northwestern University, brings deep experience in finance, strategy, and professional services from his prior roles in investment banking at Piper Sandler and private equity at Sentinel Capital Partners.

“Our partnership works because our strengths are genuinely complementary and clearly defined, and because we share a common philosophy around leadership, accountability, and service,” Logan tells Class Action Updates. “Pat brings deep experience in strategy, finance, and external relationships, with a strong focus on ensuring Atticus continues to grow thoughtfully while meeting the needs of law firms, courts, and other stakeholders.”
